BYD Seal Launch Confirm In India
Finally the most beautiful looking sedan by Chinese manufacturer BYD is coming to India this year. Brand confirm this in the Auto Expo, New Delhi 2023. The ultimate sedan is built on a dedicated skateboard platform which makes it strong and performance focus. This electric sedan is based on Ocean X concept and incorporates Ocean Aesthetics styling. It has been display at the BYD’s pavilion in the Auto Expo 2023 for the first time. It is confirm that this will arrive in Indian Auto Market at the end of this year. They have recently introduced their awesome electric compact SUV Atto 3. And now its time for a cool sedan.
The BYD Seal Compete with Tesla Model 3 in the international market and is pack with some of the coolest features like ADAS and turning center screen. The sedan is built on the dedicat platform and have a futuristic design language with a forward dipping hood, sharp headlights with DRL, coupe like body style and sporty black and silver plated wheels.
Motor & Battery of BYD Seal
The Seal utilizes BYD’s blade battery technology which comes in two different capacities 61.4 kWh and 82.5 kWh. The 61.4 kWh battery gives driving range of 550 kms. Where the top 82.5 kWh option gives the 700 kms of driving range in single charge. This makes it even cooler and worth buying. As we do not have other option with this configurations currently in country.
Drivetrain & Performance of BYD Seal
The vehicle is super amazing looking and have tons of features. The 2023 BYD Seal is available in two motor options single and dual. The Dual Motor variant of BYD Seal comes with all-wheel-drive drivetrain and generates over 530 Horsepower which is really impressive. The acceleration of electric sedan BYD Seal is 0-100 kmph in just 3.8 seconds. Also have a expected top speed between 190-210 kmph.
Interior & Dimension of BYD Seal
When you look inside the electric sedan it have a rotatable touchscreen infotainment system just like the SUV Atto3. A head up display and the interior have a amazing dual-tone theme. It is equipt with full digital instrument console, a scroll wheel for drive modes, dual charge pads, steering with mounted controls. And because of its flat floor the Seal has a good cabin space. The BYD Seal has a length, width and height of 4.8 meters, 1.87 meters and 1.46 meters respectively.
