The 2024 Chevrolet Blazer EV is Chevy’s entry to the electrified future with a familiar Blazer badge. The upcoming Blazer EV will offer up to 557 hp of electrified power with its top-of-the-line SS trim and a range of over 320 miles. The new electric Chevy BLazer can hit from 0-60 mph in just under 4.0 seconds and offers instantaneous torque delivery. The Blazer EV will use GM’s newest architecture and Ultium battery technology to help it deliver increased range and capable fast charging technologies. Chevy’s new electrified Blazer will take on the Tesla Model Y and the Ford Mustang Mach-E when it comes out in the latter half of 2023.
What’s New?
The new Blazer EV is an all-new electric SUV in the Blazer’s lineup. The electrified Blazer brings out several exterior and interior changes and will be offered in 4 trims. The 2024 Blazer EV will come with base 1LT, and 2LT trim with specced-up RS and SS models that deliver more power. GM will start providing the new electric SUV at the end of 2023 while the base trims will be on sale in early 2024.

The upcoming 2024 Chevrolet Blazer EV will come in four trim levels – 1LT, 2LT, RS, and SS. Chevrolet hasn’t shared any details about the base trims except for the top-of-the-line SS trim. The SS trim will offer two electric motors that produce a hefty 557 hp with standard all-wheel drive. The Blazer EV can accelerate from 0-60 mph in under 4.0 seconds and offer a top speed of 130 mph. The base 1LT and 2LT will come with front-wheel drive or all-wheel drive while the RS trim will come with rear or all-wheel drive. Battery: Range & Charging
Chevrolet has not shared any details about the battery capacity of the lower trims, we’ll know when the EV will be available. The 2024 Chevrolet Blazer EV SS trim will deliver a range of 290 miles, 1LT will deliver 247 miles, 2LT will deliver 293 miles and the RS will deliver a range of 320 miles. The electric SUV supports DC fast charging that can charge at 190 kW and adds a range of 78 miles in just 10 minutes.
